Professional, trust-first directory
Independent listing for providers. More confidence for clients.
Red Pages gives providers full control over their profiles without exclusivity, while building stronger trust for clients through clearer standards, private provider vouching, and clear reporting paths for fake, misleading, or unlawful listings.
Why it matters
For providers
Full control over your profile, mostly immediate updates, and no exclusivity.
For clients
Stronger trust against fake or misleading listings, including bait-and-switch profiles, without relying on complaints alone.
For providers
Other directories force a tradeoff: either tight platform control, or lower standards that weaken trust. Red Pages delivers both so providers don't have to choose.
The tradeoff
Some platforms slow updates and limit how providers present themselves. Others are easier to use, but weaken trust with fake or misleading listings. Red Pages avoids both.
What providers are forced to choose between

Low standards
Red Pages delivers both

Built with providers
Red Pages is built for providers, and provider feedback should keep shaping how it develops. Signed-in providers and admins can post ideas, comment on them, and vote so improvements are guided by the people who actually use the platform.
Providers can join now at no cost while the platform grows.
Red Pages is currently free to use during the launch period. As the audience grows, listings will move to a paid model. Pricing will be kept fair and competitive with the main NZ alternatives, with simple pause and resume control so providers are not unfairly penalised for short-notice time off. Early providers will be looked after with loyalty benefits when that transition happens.
Simple and transparent
Set up your profile, stay in control of your content, and get discovered — without approval delays or unnecessary restrictions.
Red Pages avoids arbitrary review queues, but content that appears illegal, unsafe, or unprofessional can be held back.

For clients
Too many directories are filled with fake profiles, recycled photos, and bait-and-switch listings. Red Pages gives clients a stronger trust network so they can make better-informed choices.
How Red Pages is different
We do not rely on photo checks alone, and we do not expect reporting by itself to create trust. A trusted profile should reflect real-world confidence, not just polished images or the absence of complaints. That is why Red Pages is built around provider vouching, reporting for trust and compliance issues, and clearer standards across the platform.
Provider vouches carry the strongest positive signal because they come from providers whose own reputations are on the line. Some vouches carry more weight than others, while reports and moderation still matter when they help flag listings whose photos, age, or other key details are materially not as advertised, or where there is a legal or safety concern.
A Trusted Provider badge means the profile has been vouched for within the Red Pages trust network by providers who genuinely know them. It signals stronger confidence that the person in the photos is real and can help protect against fake or misleading listings, including bait-and-switch profiles. Vouches are private weighted trust signals, not a public popularity count.
